My lover has been working at this company for around 2 years now. He just recently took a DOT test and thinks it might turn out out positive. Will he get his CDL taken away? Will it stay on his record?

Not for me so don't answer with advice. My best friend is crying her eyeballs out because she needs to take a DOT drug test,but she did cocain 3 months at a social gathering. 1st and last time,as far as I know. Will she pass?
