I am on probation with the law. The evaluate said i would get random drug tests. I went to court sometime in November of '09 and I still have not gotten tested. I do not have a PO or anything and I havent heard anything else about it since I went to court. I was even-handed wondering how often do they test you and how much of a notice they give you before you get tested.
Answer: No one knows how often they do it, that's why its called random... and they don't give you that much remark in advance

Answer: Yes it will show up as a benzodiazepan, but if you have a medicament for it then when they give you the drug test you can show them proof you have a prescription, if you dont have a script then you will probably get in trouble for without the test.

I occupation at a family run store. The owner recently said that we're going to start irresistible random drug tests. I don't do anything, so I'm not worried.
However, his son is a huge meth head and a manager there. Can he legally only test non-kindred members or does he have to test all employees of the company? I work in Indiana by the way.

So when the lady from HR came to report me I was picked and needed to go pee in a cup I laughed because I had impartial gone to the bathroom 20 minutes before. Bizarre how it always works out that way. So I went down to the bathroom where the technicians were and I drank a shallow first and then went for the gold. Sad to relate on my first have a go I did not have enough pee. So I had to knock down away that representational and start drinking lot's of pass water. I sat around for about 45 minutes drinking 4 glasses of A-one and hanging out in the scant saloon bar parade with some other co-workers until we felt like we could give enough of a specimen....
